Beyond the servers, you’ll get additional features with a managed WordPress host like automated backups and WordPress upgrades that help you manage your sites.
Can you make updates to the site such as changing out images or text?
All plans have time built in for making these types of changes. If more extensive changes are required then you may purchase extra time a la carte to cover those types of updates or create a new project to cover the scope of changes you wish to make.
Why is email hosted separate from my WordPress website?
Since our focus is on providing the best WordPress hosting environment, we felt that it was equally important to find companies whose focus is on being the best email provider as well. Can I host multiple sites with you?
We love helping clients manage multiple sites! Just give us all the information and we will provide you an estimate to add the additional site.
Do I need to wait for my current hosting contract to be up?
Not at all! Most hosting companies will provide a prorated contract refund if you cancel early. We’ll let you know when it’s safe to cancel and what you need to say to get them to agree to your request.
Will my site go offline during the move?
Depending on the scope of the move we may have to put up a maintenance notice while the migration is underway. There will also be a window of time in which you can’t log into your site dashboard — while we copy the files + get them uploaded to our managed servers.
What payment options do you accept?
Our monthly payments are processed automatically through Stripe which accepts all major credit or debit cards.
Is there a penalty if I cancel early?
We hope that you’ll be so happy with the service that you won’t want to, but if you need to cancel, you can do so any time before your next billing cycle (we offer monthly, quarterly + annual payment options).
