Creating a platform for a growing counseling and EAP practice in San Antonio, TX.

The owner of Neely Counseling, Dr. Kirleen Neely approached me about creating a platform that would allow her to continue to grow and scale with her practice.  A seasoned business owner, she knew exactly what she wanted for her company. After obtaining their business and marketing goals, we spent time evaluating their market, their future initiatives, and their business processes to come up with a strategy for their customer touchpoints.  We additionally wanted to help them put in place a sales funnel which leads to growing their customer base.

When Dr. Neely decided she wanted to host her own podcast, Drop the BS, she approached me to help her with her branding, social media and newsletter template. We created a unique signature font that she could use as well as creating templates she could use again and again as the podcast grew.

The website is built using a WordPress builder so that the practice can update it based on its ongoing analytics. This ensures that the website adjusts to the needs of the customer.
