LET’S TALK ABOUT LAUNCHING
- What are some of your expected outcomes from the launch?
- What is your process for getting feedback from the launch?
- How will you measure the success of your launch?
- How will you use what you learn from the launch to improve your process the next time?
As you can see there are lots to think about and to decide on and instead of waiting until you are in the thick of it, it’s best to plan out what launching looks like for you.
RESOURCES I RECOMMEND
If you’ve spent any time in the online world, and it is a whole different world, you may have seen people using a sequence of giving you access to some free content, either a video or webinar followed by an offer. Well, this sequence is called the Launch Strategy and it was created by Jeff Walker. Anyone who is launching anything probably uses it and it works. In addition, to getting familiar with the launch strategy there are two other books which have greatly impacted how I support my clients during a launch, The Four Agreements, and Blue Ocean Strategy.
