It’s 2014!! Yeah! I am so excited about what this year will bring for FSL!  I have started this year with a renewed enthusiasm and excitement. About October of last year I ran out of steam with all of the hats that I was juggling and needed to take a break but I really missed you all. So I am back writing on the topics and concepts that I love; living authentically, learning to value yourself, setting boundaries, forgiveness of yourself and others, friendship, and so many others too numerous to remember as I write this.

FindSelfLove or FSL (because what’s one more acronymn), is a safe place where you can feel loved and learn to love yourself. I started this blog because I believe that we all need to be reminded of how important it is to value who we are and that we must fill up our own well before we can quench the thirst of anyone else. If you give from an empty well then EVERYONE will be thirsty! FSL is that place to help you fill your well up!
